This new qualification gives you the opportunity to plan, prepare and cook a wide variety of foods in our purpose built training kitchen.   You will also be investigating the extensive Hospitality and Catering industry in the UK.  Students will also plan and run a hospitality event which will include delivering excellent customer service.

All students will be expected to study Functional Skills at Level 2 in Literacy/Numeracy/ICT.
