Bracknell Forest Careers Event 25 January 2012
James Taylor, Director of Curriculum said:
“A big thank you to everyone involved in yesterday’s Bracknell
Forest Careers event at the Capitol building. Our students and
staff put a great deal of effort into exciting and vibrant
demonstrations. I’m sure that the Year 11 pupils visiting would
have had their eyes opened to careers they can follow and what they
can study at college.
“I received many comments from other exhibitors, visitors and
council members about our students. They demonstrated in
their own subject areas – like photography, hair and beauty and
travel and tourism and also helped the organisers by guiding
visitors around the event and serving refreshments. They really
made a difference and were a true credit to themselves and the
college.
“We’re now looking forward to greeting some of the people we met
at the Careers Fair at our Open Event on Saturday 4 February."
