Keep fit and carry on

Listening to music whilst exercising can improve performance by 15%! That’s why kicking off your heels and rocking the dance floor of a Friday night seems so much easier than a session at the gym.

And who said that the gym is the only way to get fit anyway? At Bracknell & Wokingham College we have courses that will see you able to bend and stretch like a pretzel, focus your movements like a Tai Chi master or get you gliding across the dance floor like Fred Astaire or Ola Jordan.

With the pressures of work tugging us every which way, it’s becoming more and more difficult to find time for exercise. And the prospect of sweating away for half an hour on a treadmill or jogging five times around the block on a freezing cold night, is an unappealing prospect for many of us.

That’s why any one of our exercise courses could be the ideal solution. They’re great fun, a brilliant way to meet new people and really help you to let your hair down.
