Helen Barnett

Helen leads a dedicated communications and marketing team
that works closely with Bracknell Forest Council to promote the
town centre's regeneration, maintaining its vitality and supporting
existing businesses and retailers.
Helen's role at the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership is also
to drive the "Bracknell" brand to promote the regeneration in the
industry and local market.

Ian Brown

Ian is a UK and
European registered Chartered Engineer with an engineering and
construction background in aerospace and national scientific
research.
Following full-time employment, he trained and qualified as a
Chartered Director and has wide boardroom experience in the public
sector including higher education as a Governor of London South
Bank University.

Campbell Christie CBE

Following a teaching degree and three and a half years in
secondary education, Campbell joined the Royal Navy’s specialist
Training Cadre of Officers. Twenty seven years later he
became Bracknell & Wokingham College’s new Principal having
left the Royal Navy as a Commodore, responsible for all training
and education and having become Professional Head of the Training
Cadre of Officers.

Anne Constable

Anne is the Corporation's representative of the
college's teaching staff. She is the Section Head for Functional
Skills and ALN and has taught at the College for many years.

Robin Cops

Robin has been a Wokingham resident since 1984.
Having retired from a corporate career in an international
chemical engineering company, he now does some consultancy work,
chairs the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wokingham Borough
Council and is a governor at St. Crispin's School.
In addition Robin is a magistrate on the East Berkshire
bench.

Simon Diegan

Simon brings a broad and multinational business and
regulatory experience to the Corporation board having had 25 years
working in the hi-tech for US and Japanese companies.

Malcolm Dudson
Committees: Resources, Remuneration, Search
Malcolm is a chartered electrical engineer who spent
most of his industrial life in the computer industry, rising from
research engineer to director.
On retirement, he spent 10 years in general management
consultancy.
He has in-depth experience of further education, having been
chair of a further education college for 12 years, and is a member
of the Education Sector Panel of the Institution of Engineering and
Technology.

Lynda Holdway
Committees: Curriculum & Quality
Lynda has been a member of the Warfield community
since 1999 and is employed by LSI Logic Europe Ltd in the capacity
of Real Estate Manager - EMEA.
She has one teenage daughter who has been part of the local
state and private education system and has been a student at
Bracknell & Wokingham College since 2008.
In her spare time Lynda is a keen fundraiser and enjoys fitness
and travel.

Janet Hughes

Janet is the Connexions Manager for Bracknell
Forest.
The Connexions service delivers information advice and guidance
for young people aged 13-19.
Her previous experience includes working in further education,
the NHS and the private sector.

Norman Jorgensen

Norman is General Manager of an engineering
company.
He is also an elected member of Wokingham Borough Council and of
Earley Town Council.

Linda Klassen-Brown

Linda is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development, and a Master of Business Administration.
She has operated successfully as an international HR manager,
director, consultant and project manager.
She has undertaken major roles and assignments in a variety of
industry sectors including education, with multinational corporate,
not-for-profit, public and private sector organisations.

Mark Lovett

Mark was educated at the Universities of
Liverpool, Bath and Keele, and subsequently taught at
Newcastle-under-Lyme High School, Wellington College and Reading
University.
Before joining Bracknell & Wokingham College he was a
Diocesan Governor of Ranelagh Church of England Comprehensive
School for nine years.
Outside of education he has been a Magistrate since 1996 and is
currently Deputy Chair of the East Berkshire Bench.

Nick Parish

Nick is a Church of England priest and is an Honorary Canon of
Christchurch Cathedral, Oxford, Area Dean of Bracknell and Team
Rector of Bracknell parish, which includes Holy Trinity Church in
Bracknell town centre.
He has a higher degree in sociology and a BA in theology, and
has also served as a chaplain to the college.

David Passby

David is a graduate (French, Latin and
English) of London University, with a PGCE teaching
qualification.
He served for 33 years in the RAF, followed by 17 years as a
civilian tutor, finally as the English Language Consultant at the
Joint Services Command and Staff College.

Anthony Stevens

Anthony has lived in Ascot since 1974.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a company secretary to the
managing director of a large retail company looking after corporate
and community affairs, charities, press releases and school
promotions.
He is now secretary to both the Winkfield Parochial Church
Council and the Bracknell Deanery.
He is also a Diocesan Synod member for Oxford, and as such
serves on the editorial group for the monthly publication of 'The
Door'.

Paul Wagstaff

Paul is a chartered accountant who has lived in Bracknell
since 1975. As chair of the Audit Committee of the Corporation, he
brings a significant amount of knowledge of finance from his
professional experiences.
He is currently a client partner with Vantis plc, and has spent
a number of years in commerce at board level. He has been a council
member at the Institute of Chartered Accountants representing the
Thames Valley for many years and has served on the Corporation
since 1999.
He is married with three adult children and enjoys golf,
badminton, tennis and skiing.

Clive Williams OBE
Clerk
Clive is a solicitor, and formerly both a
consultant with Reading firm Field Seymour Parkes, and County
Secretary and Solicitor of the former Berkshire County Council.
He is involved with a number of charitable and voluntary
organisations, enjoys tennis and researching, writing and lecturing
on local history.
