Apprenticeships are work-based training programmes, designed to meet the needs of you the employer. An apprenticeship usually takes between one and four years to complete, but the duration depends on the level of apprenticeship, the apprentice’s ability and the industry sector.
As with any other training path there is clear progression from intermediate (Level 2) and advanced (Level 3) apprenticeships to higher apprenticeships, which are degree level equivalent qualifications.
Apprenticeships are open to your existing staff and/or your new recruits.
Our industry–experienced Apprenticeship team are currently working with over 600 apprentices in around 300 businesses at all levels in a wide variety of industries.
